Enable auto-complete

It’s been bugging me for a while that some sites force you to enter your password every time by disabling the “autocomplete” function. Sure, it’s good for security, but it’s my problem if I want to leave myself open to abuse! Sure, not advised for banking and stuff, but for Gmail, well, it’s a pain to have to remember all my different passwords.

Great news, I’ve found the solution for some of them…

This site allows you to bookmark a javascript function which disables the autocomplete=”off” or autocomplete override feature on a page. Then when you submit the form, your browser will allow you to save the username and password, and hey presto, it’ll work every time you visit that site again. Pure genius.
