At about 5:30 this morning, slightly under the influence of alcohol, Fergus (new window) left my apartment in Bangkok for most likely the last time. He’s finally going home! After almost 16 months away from home, a year in Singapore, and a whole heap of adventures around Asia, he’s begun his long journey back to his mammy! 
It’ll take him something ridiculous like 6 days in total to get home, between the various stops en-route, but in just about a week, he’ll be back in his own bed, enjoying mum’s glorious cooking (stock up on pasta Mum!) and seeing old friends. Good luck bro.
