Today I stumbled upon this article (new window) which has a list of the cost of living in 144 cities around the world. Makes for some interesting reading. Would you have imagined for example that Tehran, Iran is more expensive to live in than Bangkok, Thailand. Or, that the most expensive city in the world is Moscow, Russia? Were you aware that Beijing, China and Istanbul, Turkey are more expensive than Paris, France?

Interesting article…however, slightly annoying that they just do London for the UK and don’t include Edinburgh! Would love to see how it compares.
