Cooking organic brown rice on day 2 of my brown rice / raw fruit detox. My digestive tract is in need of some recuperation.

  1. I don’t tolerate rice well, but the raw fruit part would be all right if there’s good stuff in season.. pomegranates are out, but cherries definitely are. You should get on that while you can. 🙂

    1. I’m keeping it really simple for a while. Apples and bananas are about all I’ve tried so far.

      The rice doesn’t seem to be going down all that well as it turns out. I thought it would be a good staple, but perhaps I need to find something else…
