A small plugin that allows users to exclude individual posts through cookies, GET or POST variables. It includes a shortcode to insert links to hide the current post.

I’m using this in combination with sticky posts to serve as welcome messages to new visitors. I don’t want to continually push the same welcome message to visitors who have been to the site before. With this plugin, they have the option to set a cookie and hide the post from their future browsing.

The plugin is a work in progress right. Code will be hosted on wordpress.org and I’ll answer questions here in the comments.
