    Kaltura is an open source video collaboration tool. It integrates with MediaWiki to allow wiki-like editing of videos. The software is open source and hosted on sourceforge.

    Mogulus allows you to create a "broadcast channel" where you can stream live video. You can mix and match existing, pre-recorded clips (from camera, YouTube, files, etc) or live video from a camera (or web cam). It's television, but interactive.

    Kaltura is a collaborative, online video editing software. YouTube meets Wiki or something like that. You can upload, edit, and publish video collaboratively. There's talk of the software being released under the GPL license.
