I just booked the flights. I fly from New York on Wednesday 9 January 2007 to Cape Town, South Africa.

Went out for a great Italian meal tonight. I think my stomach must be almost 100% again as I'm feeling absolutely fine. Hooray. :) # 2008/12/01
